A starting point

New to recruitment?
You're welcome here.

Ready Study Connect is the partnerships hub operated by Ready Study Global LTD. We are open to discussing opportunities with newly formed education agencies, small recruitment teams and independent advisers, including those still building their networks and experience.

We can explore relevant partnership routes, explain how our enquiry and onboarding process works, clarify responsibilities and point you towards recognised resources on ethical student recruitment.

Any programme access, ability to introduce students, commissions or recruitment permissions depend on the relevant provider agreements, programme rules, territory and satisfactory checks. Contacting us does not grant the right to represent Ready Study Global or any university.

Answers for emerging agencies

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Can a newly established student recruitment agency work with Ready Study Connect?

Yes, newly established agencies can enquire. We consider proposals individually based on the people involved, intended markets, student-first practices and the programmes for which we have appropriate permissions. A new agency is not automatically disqualified because it has no recruitment history.

Do I need university contracts before contacting you?

No existing university portfolio is required simply to enquire. However, any actual recruitment arrangement depends on the institutional and provider permissions available, due diligence and an agreed contract. We cannot promise a university contract or access to any specific programme.

What kind of support could you offer my agency?

We can explain our partnership process, discuss potentially suitable recruitment or referral routes, clarify roles and expectations and signpost reputable training resources. The scope of any ongoing support is agreed individually, rather than being a guaranteed agency accelerator or regulatory consultancy.

Can a new agency recruit UK Home or international students?

That depends on the particular programme, provider agreement, approved territory and agency responsibilities. UK Home and international recruitment should not be assumed interchangeable. We confirm the relevant scope before any activity starts.

Does a partnership guarantee commissions or student enrolments?

No. A partnership discussion is not an agreement, and neither recruitment rights nor commissions are guaranteed. Any commercial arrangements are determined by suitable programmes, permissions and individual written terms. Students must never be promised admission or public funding.

Where can I learn about ethical UK education agent practice?

The British Council provides guidance, training resources and information on the UK Agent Quality Framework. Read the British Council's official overview ↗. Ready Study Connect is not affiliated with or endorsed by the British Council.
